👥 Audience & Attendance

Our event welcomes approximately 3000 visitors across the weekend. Of these, around 1500 people choose to camp with us on Friday and Saturday nights. Our diverse audience includes dedicated air-cooled and water-cooled vehicle enthusiasts, along with a large number of general show visitors and families.

🛍️ Trade Plot Details

• Booking: All trade bookings are for the full weekend.

• Plot Size: All plots are 10 metres deep.

• Pricing: Prices start from £20 per metre frontage.

• Camping: Price includes weekend camping on your plot.

• Connectivity: Wi-Fi is available to purchase, 

• Policy: No refunds are available for trade stand bookings, with no exceptions.

⚠️ Important Vehicle Movement Times

To ensure public safety, no vehicle movements across the arena during the show times, a service road will be available behind the trade area and must be used for any re-stocking/deliveries.  All traders must be fully off-site by 8:00 PM on Sunday.
